CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
1. Scope of Service
Our company provides professional consultancy services for bank account opening and online payment systems applications. This service includes the provision of the necessary documents, guidance of the application process and information support on behalf of the customer.
2. Physical Product Delivery
Since the service provided is purely digital and consultancy, there is no physical product shipment or shipping process. Therefore, shipping fees or similar logistics costs are not included in the return process.
3. Cancellation of Service and Refund Terms
The buyer has the right to cancel the service within 14 (fourteen) days after the service purchase without any justification.
The cancellation request must be notified to our company in writing (via e-mail or contact form).
If the requested cancellation is accepted, the amount received, if any, will be refunded within 14 days at the latest using the same payment method.
However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the service has been fully performed (for example, after the application has been made or official contact has been made with the relevant platforms). In this case, the fee is not refundable.
4. Exceptions
In the event that the consulting process has begun (e.g. a preliminary interview has taken place or the preparation of application documents has begun), part of the service is deemed to have been performed and the amount to be refunded is determined by the service provider on a pro rata basis accordingly and the client unconditionally accepts the amount determined by the service provider
Failure to complete the application process due to the customer submitting incomplete documents or providing incorrect information is not a valid reason for a refund request.
